I wish to express my gratitude for a wonderful healing which I received some time ago through the application of Christian Science. For over ten years I was held in bondage to asthma. I tried several doctors and other material aid, but all in vain. I also went to a specialist on throat and lungs, but after six or more treatments found no improvement. I was about to give up all hope of ever being healed of this trouble when a dear one brought Christian Science into my home. I was asked to go to a Wednesday evening testimony meeting, and said I would gladly go. The next Wednesday I attended the meeting and heard a testimony given of the healing of tuberculosis. On hearing this, I at once realized that I too could be healed of my difficulty. With loving help and the study of the Bible and the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, I was completely healed in a very short time. With this healing came also the healing of indigestion and of the smoking habit, which I had had for many years.

I am very grateful to our revered Leader, Mrs. Eddy, for bringing this wonderful revelation of the healing power of Truth to this age. I am also very grateful for membership in The Mother Church and in one of the branch churches.
