Words cannot express my gratitude for Christian Science
Words cannot express my gratitude for Christian Science. It has been my only physician for eighteen years. As a child I was never strong and suffered continually from colds, severe attacks of bronchitis, biliousness, and weak digestion which at last became so acute that my mother took me to a Christian Science practitioner. Thus I experienced my first healing, and started the study of this glorious truth. My life was truly renewed, as I have spent no more days in bed since taking up Christian Science, and the bronchitis and bilious attacks have never returned. I have enjoyed almost perfect health and abundance of strength since 1913.
Christian Science healed me of sprained ankle and of influenza in a few hours. It has healed me of tonsillitis, swollen glands, grippe, and of an attack of paralysis from which I suffered greatly for one day. None of these illnesses lasted more than three days at the most. I had Christian Science treatment when our children were born, and enjoyed excellent health and comfort through the experiences, recovering very quickly after each birth. I was particularly grateful for the lack of fear. Because of my increased understanding of the truth, I experienced no pain at all at the third birth.
I can never adequately express my gratitude for the divine protection which the loved ones in my home have received in the past years. Great has been my peace in knowing Love's ever protecting care for my children, whether I was at home or away. They have been healed of colds, bronchitis, fever and pain, tonsillitis, swollen glands, running ears, earache, and whooping cough. None of these difficulties ever confined them to bed for more than a day or two at a time.
