Topeka State Journal

Boston, Massachusetts.—The Mother Church, The First Church of Christ, Scientist. Sunday morning service at 10.45, Sunday evening service at 7.30 (evening service omitted during July and August), Sunday school at 10.45, and Wednesday evening meeting at 7.30 are held in the church edifice at Norway, Falmouth, and St. Paul Streets. This edifice is open to visitors on Wednesdays and Fridays from 10 until 5.

Reading Rooms: in Statler Office Building, Park Square, open week days, except Wednesdays and holidays, from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m., open Wednesdays from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.; at 209 Washington Street, opposite Old State House, open week days, except holidays, from 9 a.m. until 5.30 p.m.; at 206 Massachusetts Avenue, near church edifice, open week days, except Wednesdays and holidays, from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m., open Wednesdays from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m., open holidays from 2 until 9 p.m., and open Sundays from 12.15 until 7 p.m.

Topeka, Kansas (First Church).—Arrangements for the purchase of six lots and two fine old houses at 1233 and 1239 Western Avenue by First Church of Christ, Scientist, have now been completed. The Christian Science church has secured six lots with much old shade, considered an ideal location from every standpoint for the location of a beautiful church.—Topeka State Journal.
