I am most grateful for the many blessings that I have...

I am most grateful for the many blessings that I have received through the application of the truth as taught in Christian Science. After many years of searching, I found this great truth, and have used only Christian Science for the past nine years; and it has never failed.

Thinking that my experience may help some wayfarer who, like myself, has been seeking for the light, I should like to tell of one healing. Five years ago, on a rainy morning, I started for a filling station for a gallon of gasoline. In stepping from the sidewalk to the street I stepped into some wet clay that had washed down the pavement. As I did so, my foot slipped and I was thrown full force on my other knee. This caused me a great deal of pain, but after declaring the truth I tried to think nothing of it. I procured the gasoline and went home, shortly afterward getting into my machine and driving to the office. I stayed in the office until noon, when I left for home. The pain became so great that I had to call for help. Upon investigating, I found that I had broken the kneecap but could still walk. I had Christian Science treatment during the day, and by five o'clock that afternoon the pain had all left. I slept well all night. I remained at home the next day, reading and working in Science. The second day we moved. This necessitated my being on my feet all day. The third day I went back to work. This was very nearly an instantaneous healing. There have been no bad effects from this trouble.

I am very grateful to God for His ever available healing truth; to Mrs. Eddy for giving to us an understanding of it; and to the practitioner who so lovingly assisted me in seeing it.—Albert W. Park, Wauwatosa, Wisconsin.
