During the past twenty-four years, in which I have studied Christian Science, I have gained a much fuller knowledge of life. Sickness, sorrow, financial trouble, and fears of all kinds, which had so often tyrannized my thoughts, no longer disturb me.

The daily study of the Lesson-Sermon in the Christian Science Quarterly increases my spiritual progress, while the reading of The Christian Science Monitor and other of the Christian Science periodicals gives me practical, true information, strengthening my resistance to the daily temptations suggested through the inevitable contact a business woman has with a material world.

Born in Paris, France, of free-thinking parents, I had no religious instruction or faith as a means of protection against the many difficult problems and temptations with which mortals are confronted; but with the divine revelation of Principle so lovingly given to us by Mrs. Eddy, I now have some understanding of God—Life, Truth, and Love—which guides me each day.
