With a grateful heart I wish to testify to the blessing which has come to me in Christian Science. Through this teaching I have been freed of various ills.

I should like to mention one healing, which taught me a great deal. I cut off a piece of my thumb. I telephoned to a Christian Science practitioner, and the bleeding ceased at once. It took several weeks for the thumb to heal completely, but during this time I was able to do all my housework without hindrance, and never suffered any pain. To-day this thumb is as perfect as the other. I am so grateful to divine Love for this healing, as well as for other physical healings; but the deliverance from many false beliefs gives me even greater joy. How rich we are in the consciousness that God is our Father and Mother, and that we find everything we need in this ever present, perfect, divine Love! Truly, my most earnest desire is to grow more and more "after the inward man."

I am grateful to God for this teaching, which is a beautiful revelation; to our Leader, Mrs. Eddy, who in her great love for mankind showed us this truth; and to the practitioner who many a time has helped me by word and deed. I am also very grateful to be a member of The Mother Church, and for the literature which comes to us with its heavenly messages. "Bless the Lord, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name."
