Some time ago I had an opportunity to prove that God does heal when we rely solely on Him. For several months I had been trying to work out of a very unhappy situation, as well as to overcome what seemed to be an internal injury. Through the study and application of Christian Science much relief was gained, but a complete demonstration over the physical disorder had not been manifested. During this time there seemed to develop in my office a sense of confusion, and much metaphysical work was done. While a greater sense of harmony was expressed daily, so much selfpity and resentment had gained entrance into my consciousness that the physical condition became very alarming. For more than two months I suffered intensely, and during the last two weeks of that period I had what appeared to be paralytic attacks, and at times I felt as if I were losing consciousness. I was also in a very weak condition and suffered much from insomnia.
