I wish to express gratitude for the many blessings that have come into our home through Christian Science. We have had many beautiful healings, for which I am grateful, but for one in particular I seem to feel the most gratitude.

About two years and a half ago our elder little boy awakened one night crying out in great pain. Help in Christian Science was called for immediately, and very soon the pain was stilled; but the child remained very ill for two weeks and was confined to bed during that time. When he was able to be up and dressed we discovered that his body had become much misshapen, and that his posture was far from erect. The child said he could not stand upright. He cried much of the time and wanted to sit in a chair almost all day. Our fear seemed very hard to meet at first; but with the constant help of a practitioner, and study on our part, in two months his posture and health were again all right. Though the little boy lost six weeks of his first year of school, he finished the year successfully and made the next grade with his classmates.

I am indeed grateful for this healing; also for the healing of colds, croup, whooping cough, and many other forms of error. I want to express the deepest gratitude for Mrs. Eddy, the practitioners, the Christian Science literature, and for all the channels through which we receive the truth.
