Remembering the admonition of Christ Jesus, "Whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven," I feel urged to testify to the healing power of Truth as taught in Christian Science. My eleven-year-old daughter had serious throat trouble, and one evening she could neither speak nor swallow and was crying bitterly. I had asked a loving Christian Science practitioner to declare the truth for us. Though firm understanding of and confidence in God's omnipotence and ever-presence, all the symptoms of the disease had disappeared the following morning. All night long I had heard nothing but the voice of Truth. To prove to me that the healing was complete my daughter sang a beautiful hymn. Yes, "where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty"!
