[Original testimony in Swedish]
About five years ago I was privileged to attend a Christian Science church for the first time. I did not then think I should ever have any experiences to tell about. One tries, however, to practice what one is learning at church. It was difficult for me not to worry about the to-morrow; and I think it is so with all business people, because they think it necessary to plan for the future. Although I could see that things very seldom came about as I had planned, yet I could not let go of doubt and fear, and of wondering how I should be able to go through difficult times if God did not help me. I therefore was told to think of the present day, and to know that God would take care of the morrow. At a Wednesday evening testimony meeting in a Christian Science church somebody once said that God gives us plentifully for all our needs, but that we do not always see our supply, because fear and doubt seem to hide it. It was so in my case. I prayed to God for deliverance, but went through what seemed to be hard times, with much sorrow and trouble, until at last I did not seem able to endure it. Then I decided to leave it all in God's hands, and not to struggle so hard, trusting God to take care of me. When I let go of fear and doubt, I found peace, and help came in a most unexpected way.
I am grateful for this proof of God's care for us. I am also very grateful for the loving practitioners who are always willing to help us when we do not see clearly enough. Before coming to Christian Science I was weak, suffering from degenerated nerves. Now I am well and strong. I can only wish that all sufferers may find their way to Christian Science. With a little patience they would gain comfort and help such as I have received.
