Christian Science came to me while I was a student in Chicago...
Christian Science came to me while I was a student in Chicago, and since that time that time has been a source of joy and satisfaction. It has given me an understanding of divine Principle, upon which I have placed complete reliance and which has met every need. It has never failed to bring about harmonious results, when correctly applied, and has been my only physician ever since. A case of scarlet fever was healed in one treatment when to human sense the symptoms were very pronounced. The sting has been eliminated from that phase of human experience known as death and a larger sense of Life and man's immortality has been gained. Acute indigestion, heart attacks, headaches of years' standing, which had the doctors' verdict of being incurable, sciatic rheumatism, influenza, severe burns, and many other inharmonious physical conditions have been healed, as well as a disagreeable disposition; a general spiritual regeneration has been experienced.
The restoration of a diamond ring, which seemed to be lost in the sands by the seashore, is to me one of the most outstanding and wonderful expressions of the ever-presence of the all-seeing One.
I am grateful for all our revered Leader's works, and for the periodicals; for our practitioners, for service in the branch church activities, and to God, the Giver of all good.
