Kenosha, Wisconsin (First Church).—The formal opening of First Church of Christ, Scientist, located at 6032 Eighth Avenue, has now taken place. The body of the building, which is of the Colonial type, is constructed of Vermont seam-faced granite, trimmed with Bedford stone. The side walls and rear of the church are of pressed brick. The church auditorium is beautifully designed with pilasters and arched ceiling to correspond with the architecture. The main auditorium and balcony will seat four hundred. The Sunday school room, with seating capacity of three hundred, is located in the basement.
