Christian Science has supplied every need in our home for the past twelve years. It has supplied every financial need, has destroyed every physical discord, and has brought peace and harmony into the home, whenever honestly applied. A recent experience has taught me how alert and active we must be at all times, to protect ourselves from error and to obey the commandment, "Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself." We had visited in the home of friends where a family living on the second floor had a child two years old who was unable to walk or sit up alone. These friends had taken our baby upstairs and had brought this child's toys along to amuse our baby. There was some fear expressed that this should not be done, but I felt no fear and said it would be all right. But I did not do my mental work thoroughly, and was not seeing my neighbor's child as I was seeing my own—spiritual and perfect, made in the image and likeness of God—but was seeing it as material, imperfect, and diseased.

Five days after we came home, when I took our baby, who had been walking two months, out of his bed, I found he could not stand up as he had no use of his left leg. At first I thought it was a slight sprain, but a couple of hours later when I bathed him I found that this left foot was very cold, while his other foot was warm. I them immediately called a Christian Science practitioner for help, and in an hour he stood up and walked, perfectly healed. I am grateful to God for Christian Science, which protects our children wherever they may be and is ever ready to guide them at all times, and for the work of the Sunday school, which enables them to avail themselves of this wonderful truth.

I have been instantaneously healed of ptomaine poisoning, of pleurisy, of pneumonia in a few hours, of influenza, and of a bad infection. Childbirth has been harmonious and with but little pain. Our children have been healed of whooping cough in less than a week; of measles in a couple of days and without any illness; of mumps in a few hours; and many other physical discords have been destroyed through the truth.—(Mrs.)Georgia L.
