I have been studying "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy and the other authorized Christian Science literature, and also the Lesson-Sermons from the Christian Science Quarterly, for over ten years.

"If I may but touch his garment, I shall be whole," we read in the ninth chapter of Matthew, the twenty-first verse. I too but touched the Christ, Truth, and straightway was made free. At one time I had a badly infected finger. The swelling had gone up the arm, and I was in great pain when I called for help from a practitioner at work on the case. Her voice was full of love as she said that she was already watching and praying. A few hours later the finger opened and the pain instantly ceased, the swelling gradually disappearing. My heart was filled with gratitude for this evidence of the power of Truth. I am profoundly grateful for this latest and most convincing proof of the perfect law of Love ever operating for good, and for a deeper understanding of Christ Jesus' beautiful words, "Daughter, be of good comfort; thy faith hath made thee whole."
