How we love in thought to picture That fair scene in Galilee, Jesus with the little children Gladly clustered at his knee, With their clear eyes looking upward To the gentle face above, Smiling down a tender blessing From his Christly heart of love. In his arms so safely folded, Naught they know of doubt or fear, Just a happy, full surrender To his friendship, sweet and dear.
