Christian Scientists
have a great fondness for the word "dominion," because it indicates to them God's unalterable bestowal upon spiritual man of freedom, freedom from submission to aught but the authority of infinite Spirit.
Humility
plays a most important part in spiritual thinking, since true thoughts can result only from realizing the allness of divine Mind and that man reflects the divine qualities.
Christian Science
is teaching its students how to discard the untrue for the true, by a growing spiritual perception of the difference between what God made and material counterfeits.
It
has been said that one never knows what is in him until he is placed under fire, for then he is called upon to use or prove the best he understands.
To
keep the truth uppermost in consciousness is the desire of every sincere student of Christian Science, the truth about God, man, and the universe; for it is only through constant realization of this truth that genuine happiness can be attained, health established, and "the peace of God, which passeth all understanding," be made manifest in our lives.
Miss Kate E. Andreae, Committee on Publication for Sussex, England,
In a letter by a doctor in a recent issue he again places Christian Science among the various methods of mind cure, such as mesmerism, hypnotism, Couéism, psychoanalysis, and so forth.
J. Latimer Davis, Committee on Publication for the State of Iowa,
Reports of an evangelist's sermons, appearing in recent issues of the Evening Courier, conveyed wrong impressions concerning Mary Baker Eddy and Christian Science, which she discovered and founded; and space for a brief correction is respectfully requested.

A few days after I had become interested in Christian Science, through realizing that God, good, is the only power, and that it was my divine right to be perfect, I was able to lay aside my glasses, which I had worn for fourteen years.
I did not take up Christian Science for physical healing, but to help a friend in need; and by this means I gained more spiritual understanding of the power of God.

Through the study of the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, and the King James Version of the Holy Bible, I have found the "pearl of great price;" and the use of it has kept me in perfect health for the past eighteen years.
The law of God, as expressed in Christian Science, has guided me gently and lovingly out of the most despondent and hopeless fog of materialism into the garden of Love's sunshine.
