With a heart full of gratitude I send this testimony of healing through Christian Science. May it help someone suffering from neurasthenia. For four years I was in bondage to it, although having loving, patient help from friends and practitioners nearly all the time. It seemed to me as if Christian Science could heal every condition but mine, and in desperation a specialist was consulted; but he could only suggest change of scene and environment. I was away for months at various health resorts, only to come back in a worse condition than before. I lost all interest in my home, leaving everything to be done by the nurse-companion who had come to live with us.

I could not study even the Lesson-Sermon in the Christian Science Quarterly, although I knew that the healing truth was there, if I could only keep holding on to the little I seemed able to realize. How I thank God now for all I passed through! My healing was slow, but I know that it is now here. I long to share my new-found joy with all the world. I have had many proofs, many healings in Christian Science; but the one I have referred to seems to me the most wonderful of all. It brought to me such a flood of spiritual light. I feel as if "all things are become new."

I am so grateful for class instruction, and for again being able to take some part in the work of a branch church. I can never express in words my gratitude to our dear Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, for making clear to us in this age the truth about man's relationship to God. It brings us so near to Him, when we realize with thankfulness that "with God all things are possible" when He is rightly understood.
