I wish to take this way of expressing my appreciation for the many healings I have had in Christian Science. I have been healed of stomach trouble, of nervousness, weakness, corns, and the need of having a long night of sleep; and I seldom have a cold now.
Our little daughter was healed of bowel trouble. Since taking up Christian Science she has not had any more trouble, and is well and happy. Another healing I feel very grateful for is that of my mother of rheumatism. It occurred over fifteen years ago, and there has been no return of the trouble. I am also grateful for my husband's healing of asthma. He is not interested in Christian Science, and at the time the healing came I had not taken it up either; but while I was talking with some relatives who were Christian Scientists I told them that he could not lie down at night; and ever since that conversation he has had no trouble from asthma.
There are so many wonderful things I am thankful for! I could keep on telling of the blessings that have come into my life since taking up Christian Science. Indeed, I do not feel I would be here had I not found that God is All-power. One great blessing has come to me—that I can do all and any kind of work that comes to me to be done without having anyone say, "That is too much for you," or, "It will make you sick," or, "Let me do it for you," because God gives me health and happiness and strength.
