Will you please allow me to say in your columns, with reference to an editorial in your issue of February 4, that Christian Science has cured a considerable number of persons who were afflicted with what had been diagnosed by physicians as cancer? Testimonies from such persons have been published from time to time in the Christian Science periodicals, thus opening such cases to anybody's investigation.

Christian Scientists appreciate the benevolent purpose of the cancer clinics mentioned in your editorial. I would say also that you render a public service by reporting the medical opinion of to-day that cancer is neither hereditary nor infectious. Such information helps to allay and prevent fear. on the other hand, medical disbelief in what another method can do is apt to be biased and mistaken.

Incidentally, I offer the information that Christian Science healing is not what is commonly called faith cure.
