In view of the substantial economies effected during the past three years through the active cooperation of members of The Mother Church, and of the desirability of insuring the permanence of these economies, new members to be admitted in June, and those who, in former years, were accustomed to pay their annual per capita tax during May, June, and July, are invited to forward their remittances preferably during the six months' period from October to March, following the date (May 1) on which this tax becomes due.
