Thanksgiving and Prayer

What am I thankful for to-day?
Glad that to Thee all men may pray;
Glad that Thou hearest when we call;
Thankful Thy love is over all.

Help me to know Thou dost provide
All that we need, and more beside;
Thou in Thy fullness makest free,
Light of the world, this truth to see.

Help me to thank Thee every day;
This is the only way to pray,
Since Thou dost answer ere we call,
With life and truth and love for all.
