Signs of the Times
[Arthur M. Wilkins, in Christian Business, as quoted in the New Age, Washington, District of Columbia]
To see lack or limitation is to invite corresponding conditions into our lives. Man is the highest expression of God, and it is reasonable to expect that he should receive the highest measure of divine attention. Plenty will manifest itself in our world to the extent that we open our minds and become receptive to the ever increasing abundance of ideas. God's pure air and sunshine cannot reach us unless we open our windows and give them a chance to come in. So it is with other good things. Unless we become receptive to these good things, we cannot receive them. We must claim the good we wish, and affirm it for ourselves; and as we send out our affirmations, claiming the good, we are blessing ourselves.
