I came to Christian Science for healing, and was healed. I then took up the study of this blessed truth about God and man as taught in our textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures," the other works of our Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, and the authorized Christian Science literature sold at all Christian Science Reading Rooms. The knowledge gained by this study has continually healed and blessed me and mine during the past fourteen years.

At the age of a year and a half our little boy had two operations for cleft palate. They were not successful, and the doctor said it would be a year before another surgical operation could be tried. I then took a firm stand for Christian Science. A practitioner was asked to help; and in two treatments our boy was healed, the opening in his throat going together and healing. When he started to talk, soon afterwards, his speech was perfect, not even the usual baby accent being present, and he has always had an unusually good singing voice. Words cannot express my daily gratitude as I hear his voice. This healing brought to me deep peace in the abiding thought of man's unity with God, for there is no separation between Love and His ideas. To me there has been shown the proof of the promise of the well-loved hymn:—
