Ezra W. Palmer, C.S.B., Appointed Clerk of The Mother Church

Ezra W. Palmer, C.S.B., of Denver, Colorado, has been elected Clerk of The Mother Church, The First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Boston, to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation of George Wendell Adams, C.S.B., who was recently elected a member of The Christian Science Board of Directors.

Mr. Palmer is a native of Kansas, and graduated from the university of that state in 1894. He was subsequently engaged in educational and commercial affairs in Kansas and Colorado before taking up the study of Christian Science.

As a practitioner and teacher of Christian Science he is well known, and for the past nine years has served on The Christian Science Board of Lectureship, in this country and abroad.

Mr. Palmer assumed his duties as Clerk on March 1, when Mr. Adams' resignation became effective.
