About ten months ago I was suddenly stricken with a serious eye trouble, one of the eyes turning far in; and I was able to see my way about the house only with great difficulty. The oculist, and a specialist whom I consulted, informed me the trouble was paralysis of the optic nerve, and that glasses would give me no help. Very much discouraged, I turned to Christian Science for help. Word was sent to a dear friend and practitioner, then in a distant city, and help was secured through absent treatments. Although the healing was not rapid, I am sincerely grateful for a wonderful permanent healing, and for the patient work and loving guidance of the practitioner.

Christian Science has been a great help to me in many ways, and is bringing more peace and harmony into the home life. The study of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy is teaching me to find the Bible a great source of help and strength.
