It is a number of years since Christian Science was presented to me. At that time I was searching for God, the old teaching having failed to satisfy me. My sister wrote to me and sent me a Christian Science Sentinel. After reading it, I felt I wanted to know more about this religion; so I got "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, and found it was indeed a "key" to unlock the treasures of Truth. I did not take up the study for physical healing; but as I had been suffering from rheumatism in my feet for more than a year, I asked help from a Christian Science practitioner and was healed. I am extremely grateful for the physical healing, but far more so for the spiritual uplifting I have received.
