Notice from The Christian Science Benevolent Association

The new Associates' Building, which provides housing accommodation for the women workers at the Sanatorium, is finished, furnished, and occupied. The nurses moved in several weeks ago; and workers from the housekeeping, steward's, and other departments, with the exception of a small number who remain in the cottage, are now also located in the new building. The women employees cared for in this building number seventy-four, and all are Christian Scientists. All rooms in the main buildings are now available for guests.

It may be said that in the erection and equipment of this building the effort has been to have it substantial, comfortable, and homelike. The construction is of the same high grade as that of the main buildings; and the furnishings, though simple, are of good quality, and were purchased as economically as durability and suitability would allow. Competitive prices and quality have entered into each item of cost in the building and furnishings.

Those who have spent even a brief time at the Sanatorium will appreciate the importance of this provision of the field for our workers, who are thus enabled to be better prepared to fulfill their daily duties in a faithful and inspiring way.
