Words can never express my gratitude for the many blessings that have come into my life through the teachings of Christian Science. From childhood I had never been strong; and about sixteen years ago I became a semi-invalid, not being able to care for my home or children. I could walk only a very short distance. I was treated by many physicians, but gradually grew weaker. Six years ago I became interested in Christian Science. I borrowed a copy of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy, and had read only a few pages when this wonderful truth dawned upon me; and with help from a loving practitioner I had one healing after another. I went to visit my parents shortly after this, and I shall never forget the expression that came over my father's face when he knew I could walk for miles. I have also been healed of neuralgia, from which I suffered for many years; and to-day I am able to care for my family; for which we are all very grateful.

I give this testimony in thankfulness to God, and in loving gratitude to Mrs. Eddy for bringing to us this wonderful truth.—(Mrs.) Nellie A. Shafer, Schenectady, N. Y.
