It is a great pleasure to testify of my experience in Christian Science. I have been healed a number of times almost instantaneously of tonsillitis and severe headaches. Glasses that I had worn for several years were laid aside while reading through "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy for the first time. A sprained ankle was healed in one day's time; and numerous other physical inharmonies have been overcome quickly and permanently. I am very grateful for each of these demonstrations and also to know that as our thinking becomes more spiritual our bodies manifest more health and harmony. For the great spiritual uplift and peace of mind which we gain through this teaching I am most grateful. In times of discouragement and disappointment, when there seemed no solution to difficulties confronting me, I have turned to Christian Science and found indeed that "Love inspires, illumines, designates, and leads the way" (Science and Health, p. 454). I have never taken any problem, small or great, to Christian Science that has not been worked out most beautifully. The confidence and assurance of God's omnipotence is the greatest blessing that has come into my life.

To those dear Christian Scientists who have been so faithful, and always ready and willing to help and encourage when the way seemed rugged, I am very grateful. For class instruction and the many blessings which have resulted from this higher understanding, and above all for the consecrated life of our beloved Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, who has made all these blessings possible, my heart is filled with love and gratitude.
