Words cannot fully express my gratitude for the teaching of Christian Science. From childhood I had known nothing but poor health. After my marriage these conditions became worse. I was certainly in bondage; and ofttimes wished that I might die, thinking to get rid of these distressing conditions. I have come out of so many things, so many faults of disposition; and I find in being healed of these the root of my ill health was destroyed.

There is one healing which the world would call a miracle. I had worn glasses for seventeen years, being compelled to use a very heavy lens. My right eye had been operated on, a cyst having been removed from the eyelid. The specialist told me I could never see without glasses, and after fitting me bade me wear them constantly; which I did. In October, 1910, after having class instruction in Christian Science, my thought was lifted to look above material sight. I took off my glasses then, and have never had them on since. My sight is normal to-day.

I am so grateful to God, to our Way-shower, Christ Jesus, and to our beloved Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, for her great revelation, given to us in "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" and her other writings.
