The study of the Bible in connection with Mrs. Eddy's writings, has brought me the true sense of peace, health, and happiness. Therefore I gratefully acknowledge Christian Science to be the one big blessing which has come into my life. Through the help of a loving practitioner, severe chronic sick headaches of many years' standing have been completely healed. Bronchitis, sore throat, and stubborn coughs and colds have also yielded, and the fear of them is fast fading away. In an automobile accident, when the danger, to mortal sense, seemed very real, the protective power of Truth was declared, and beautifully demonstrated.

The thought of God as intelligence, and of the perfect man as reflection, has been especially helpful to me, in solving the many problems which seem to arise in following a chosen profession. Indeed, I find my endeavors more fruitful in every way when I stop to realize that "I can of mine own self do nothing." The study of the daily Lesson-Sermon is bringing me freedom from worry, depression, lack, and resentment, and I am beginning to understand what it meanst to forgive and forget. I am deeply grateful for every activity of Christian Science, and for the practical and demonstrable understanding of God which Truth has unfolded to me.—(Miss) Rilla Thompson, Portland, Ore.
