It is with deepest gratitude I write of my experience in Christian Science. My little girl, aged three years, was very quickly and beautifully healed of a severe attack of dysentery. She awakened early one Sunday morning in great pain, with no control over the bowels. In a few hours she was unconscious, and lay in this condition all day. I was filled with fear, having only recently commenced to study Christian Science. The practitioner I knew was away during the day but gave treatment immediately upon her return in the evening. All sense of fear and anxiety disappeared. At three o'clock on Monday morning baby knew me and asked for milk, and by midday she was playing in her cot quite happily. She had no return of the pain and was able to eat her usual meals. In a very short time she was out at play, as normal as before this experience.

Christian Science has healed me of depression caused through great sorrow. Words cannot express the beautiful sense of joy and freedom which the daily study of the Bible and Science and Health brings.
