I am very grateful to Christian Science, for it has been such a help to me. Through it I have learned to love instead of hate my neighbor, and by getting hate, resentment, and fear out of my consciousness I have found health. I was suffering from several different claims, one of them being nervous indigestion. I had doctored for years with the best physicians, trying to get relief but was getting worse, for I could not eat anything without pain. After going to a practitioner, however, I was healed very quickly and could eat anything I wished without any suffering. Numerous other complaints left, with the exception of an organic trouble which seemed very severe, and at times I got very discouraged, but know that if I had been healed quickly of all claims I would not have studied so hard. I tried to do my own mental work and although I was better, at times I could hardly stand the pain. In the summer of 1919 I again asked help from a practitioner. The healing came and has been permanent. I find that I cannot be grateful enough to God for this proof of His ever present love and willingness to help His children in all times of trouble and distress.
