I am grateful to God for leading me to study the book, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy. I did not read it with any thought that it would benefit me physically, as I knew nothing whatever about Christian Science, and the Bible was a closed book to me. My joy was great when I found myself healed of constant headaches, depression, and a fear of death. I look forward eagerly for the Sentinel and Journal, and the Lesson-Sermons are a daily help. Truly I have been born again; old thoughts are passing away, and new and better ones are taking their place, bringing me health and happiness. Fatigue is an old enemy that study of the truth has destroyed. I have proved that "they that wait upon the Lord ... shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint." The miracles of Christ Jesus I now understand were the result of his perfect understanding of divine law. I know that as I progress in the study of the Bible and Christian Science every discordant condition will disappear, for they who truly seek shall surely find the "pearl of great price," which is spiritual understanding. I hopw this testimony will benefit some weary searcher for truth.
