For many years I suffered from stomach trouble and indigestion. In January 1918 my condition was such that we consulted a physician. He declared, after several visits, that the nerves were completely debilitated and prescribed rest and nutrition. After some weeks I felt somewhat better, but was still so weak that I was unable to attend to my household duties. I had avoided all hearty food for years, and now was able to eat scarcely anything. Even the lightest foods caused me trouble. Then I learned of Christian Science, asked for some copies of Der Herold, and requested a practitioner's help, which was lovingly given. After ten days I was much better, could digest all food, and was able to work again. I was then given absent treatment for two months, and to-day feel refreshed and healthy.

I am heartily grateful and happy that I have found Christian Science, and strive to learn more of the truth daily. I also lovingly thank all who have helped me to gain an understanding of Christian Science.
