My first healing in Christian Science was so wonderful that it is impossible for me to find words in which to make plain my gratitude. I was made free from worry and wrong thinking about God. I feared the burning pit of hell, and longed to be good, but it seemed as if I did more wrong than good. I could not understand why God did not make me stronger and help me to overcome the worry and the seeming temptations. Now it is very easy for me to see why I did not do good: because I did not know how.

I have also been freed from sick headache, a bad cough, long standing backache, and have found that Christian Science rightly applied will meet every human need. I came into Christian Science in 1906 and have relied upon it entirely ever since. The Bible and Science and Health are my daily companions, all the company and pleasure I need. I love to read the authorized literature and always find comfort and help. My heart goes out to that noble, pure, loving-hearted woman, Mrs. Eddy. Her love and good works are helping thousands.
