I wish to express my gratitude for what Christian Science has done for me. I have been healed of nervous debility, stomach trouble, and that cause of all disease,—fear. For nearly eight months it seemed almost unbearable; I was filled with torment day and night. It almost seemed useless for me to try to sleep, as the torment was more severe then. I was afraid to go out of the house, and could not approach anyone without trembling. My healing has been permanent. I was called for examination in the second draft for the Army and was pronounced in perfect condition.

I am so grateful to be able to have this testimony published, where it may help others that are similarly afflicted. I am thankful to God and to Christ Jesus, the Way-shower, also grateful to our revered Leader, Mrs. Eddy, to whom we owe so much gratitude for her plain explanation of the Bible and for her great writings. I am also grateful for the Christian Science literature, and for the lectures to which all are so lovingly invited.—
