For the many blessings of daily experience I wish to express my gratitude. Physical strength and true happiness have been gained through the understanding of God as ever present Truth, Life, and Love, and of man as God's idea. The understanding also of man's spiritual individuality and of his oneness with God, is a daily help. Through the reading and study of our textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy, the Discoverer and I of Christian Science and all its helpful activities, I have been healed of spinal injury, severe headaches and backaches, colds, and throat and bowel troubles.

I wish also to express gratitude for my mother's healing in 1915, on Christmas day. She was a sufferer for many years from heart, stomach, and bowel troubles which materia medica had failed to help, and which were healed at that time through treatment by a Christian Science practitioner. There has been a wonderful improvement in her daily life since then, and she is now studying the textbook.

For the spiritual understanding and greater confidence in God's healing power, which I gained through class instruction, I am daily more grateful. For all the benefits received from Christian Science physically, mentally, and spiritually I am very grateful, also for our Leader's life and the literature which she has given to the world and which is proving so universally helpful.
