I wish to tell of the healing efficacy of Christian Science, for it has been proved to me that God is the best physician. I had been ill a number of years when finally I took to my bed with a serious internal disorder. Nothing could be done for me and it was claimed that without an operation I would never be on my feet again. I would not submit to an operation and in my extremity turned to God for help, and with the aid of a Christian Science practitioner I was healed. My husband was healed of sciatic rheumatism in its worst form. He had taken so much medicine that seemingly it had eaten into his vocal cords and he could not speak above a whisper. This difficulty too was overcome in Christian Science. I know there is nothing impossible with God; and our Leader says (Science and Health, p. 231), "What God cannot do, man need not attempt."

This testimony is sent in gratitude for and appreciation of the wonderful privilege afforded to prove God's love and allness through Mrs. Eddy's revelation of the truth. I am also grateful for the authorized periodicals.
