It is with a joyful heart and a sense of deep gratitude that I testify to the many blessings which have come to me through Christian Science. For years I suffered from rheumatism and often would be bedridden. Medical treatment brought no relief, and frequently other symptoms were added, so that at times I felt death to be near. When in March, 1913, the trouble again manifested itself, I was directed to seek help in Christian Science, and so asked a practitioner for treatment. Within a short time the ailment disappeared, and the pain has never returned since, for what God heals is healed forever. I was also able to discard spectacles, which I had used for eight years.

Many cases of illness in our family have been healed, among them diphtheria, inflammation of the lungs, erysipelas on the face, toothache, and pain in the back, as well as abdominal complaint. I know that I have found the one thing needful, and would most sincerely advise every one who is struggling for help and in search of truth to look into this glorious Christ-teaching. My earnest desire is to assimilate more of the truth which makes free. For all the benefits received through Christian Science I herewith give thanks to God, and am also deeply grateful to Mrs. Eddy, as well as to all who have helped me to find the way of Truth.
