With gratitude I testify to my various healings through Christian Science. I attended a Christian Science church for the first time nearly five years ago, and was deeply impressed by the reading of the Lord's Prayer with its spiritual interpretation, as found on page 16 of Science and Health. I came away with the firm conviction that this was the truth and with the desire to learn more about it. Accordingly I bought a copy of Science and Health and began to read.

Shortly after this my parents brought me to California for my health, as I had been forced to leave school on account of nervousness, chronic heart trouble, and other ailments. Soon after arriving in Los Angeles I threw away my medicine and began to have Christian Science treatment. After eight treatments I laid aside glasses which had been worn over three years on account of a structural defect. I became far less nervous and the other ailments disappeared. Since then my healings have been too numerous to mention, but I am most grateful for the spiritual truth that is being revealed to me as I continue this study.
