My gratitude for Christian Science has not been acknowledged...

My gratitude for Christian Science has not been acknowledged publicly so often as it might have been, but there is not one demonstration of divine Love's protecting care that I do not treasure deelply.

I have been benefited physically, morally, and spiritually by my study of Christian Science. A severe case of stomach trouble was overcome a few years ago, and recently I was healed of a tumorous growth. A physician diagnosed the case, as I felt it necessary to know what the error called itself, and he told me I must make preparations for an immediate operation. I said I was a Christian Scientist and believed Christian Science could heal me, but the reply was that I was too young to let my life go in that way, and should not delay a thing so important. While it seemed I was being faced by error on all sides, still I felt that "God is," and my faith gave one bound with the thought that what God cannot do man need not try. My healing began at that very moment. I am very grateful for all the experiences that have strengthened my faith, and wherever God leads I will go. I love every word penned by our dear Leader, and am grateful for our practitioners, readers, and lecturers.
