should be the attitude of every Christian Scientist toward the world, using the term as relating to those beliefs, precepts, and practices which are hostile to spirituality?
Much
of the writer's personal correspondence of late has hinged upon the attitude of individual Christian Scientists toward current literature other than the publications of The Christian Science Publishing Society.

The experience for which I am most grateful and which stands out as one of the greatest blessings in Christian Science, is the regeneration or spiritual awakening, which has been wonderful.
First of all, I am grateful to Christian Science for the encouraging words that our periodicals always bring to earnest seekers for Truth, and I have been uplifted and fed many times through reading them.
Since coming to Christian Science for healing I have had so many proofs that this is a science which can be proved as accurately as any mathematical problem, that I gladly give my testimony.
For the encouragement of those without intimate knowledge of the healing work of Christian Science, I contribute the following testimony with a deep sense of gratitude.
My gratitude for Christian Science has not been acknowledged publicly so often as it might have been, but there is not one demonstration of divine Love's protecting care that I do not treasure deelply.
