Many years ago, when I sought a practitioner for help in Christian Science, I did so very reluctantly, as I had no faith in what I thought it to be. I was suffering from severe nervous troubles, but was soon freed from bondage through the power of Truth. At once I put away all medicine, and have not touched it for over sixteen years. I have passed through deep sorrows,—to sense dear ones have passed on and with them worldly possessions,—but through it all divine Love sustained me, and with the psalmist I can truly say, "The lines are fallen unto me in pleasant places; yea, I have a goodly heritage."

Only love, obedience, and constant service can prove my thankfulness to God for the blessings that have come to me through Christian Science. I am grateful to our Leader, Mrs. Eddy, for her great discovery.
