For several years a disfiguring eruption appeared at intervals on my face, and would not clear up entirely at any time. The cause was looked for in stomach trouble, nerves, and so on, but finally I was advised to let it alone, as neither ointments, lotions, nor internal remedies proved even helpful. After I became interested in Christian Science, in searching for hindrances to my understanding of the spiritual law the thought of resentment was uncovered. As this was overcome, the eruptions disappeared and have never returned. Another proof of the power of the right thought over the wrong was afforded on reading the Christian Science article on the Home Forum page of the Monitor one day, when I seemed to be at low tide financially. Only a few days elapsed before the seeming condition was changed and I was manifesting the activity and result that God's idea should manifest.

Christian Science healed me after almost twenty years of invalidism. To be grateful for the many blessings received is a small return for so much, but the striving to live in the light of the law of Life, Love, and Truth, to be faithful to Mrs. Eddy's teachings, is an ever present desire. I am grateful for every loyal Scientist, and for our literature, which carries countless blessings to all who are willing to be helped.
