I wish to express my deep gratitude for all that Christian Science has done for me. In the summer of 1912, while running home from a neighbor's house on a dark night, I fell and injured my leg. The pain was intense, and after coming into the house I said, "Some day I know I will have trouble with that leg." Three weeks later I got what I had been looking for, the swelling and pain being so great that I called a Christian Science practitioner. In two days I gained relief. The suffering was extreme, but it has taught me never to look for error or think it is likely to come.

It is now two years since I was healed of this trouble, and there has been no further difficulty. I was also healed of a chronic throat affection after doctors had said the only way I could get relief was to have the tonsils removed. Then, too, I have been helped in business matters. When everything has looked darkest, the thought that God is the source of all real supply and will lead us to do the right thing, has helped me to solve my problem every time. For these and many other healings in our home, I am truly thankful to God.
