Mrs. Eddy tells us that "divine Love always has met and always will meet every human need" (Science and Health, p. 494). I have found this true in the short time I have been interested in Christian Science. Though I have not had any severe physical ailment of which to be healed, I have had many good demonstrations over colds and headaches, also financial lack, and am slowly but surely overcoming a seemingly deeprooted sense of fear, manifested in nervousness when performing publicly. I have gratefully received benefit from many good testimonials and articles in the Sentinel, Journal, and Monitor. Through the constant study and application of Mrs. Eddy's teachings, as found in her great gift to humanity, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures," I can say I am a better woman in every way since learning to "stand porter at the door of thought" (Science and Health, p. 392), as our Leader so aptly expresses it, and my needs are daily being met.—Winifred B.
