Three years ago I was healed in Christian Science. I had been a sufferer for a number of years from very severe headaches and extreme nervousness. I took the medicines prescribed for me by different doctors, and I also wore glasses for one year, but neither gave me much relief; the headaches grew worse, until I was on the point of going insane.

While living in Albuquerque, N. M., a woman who was then taking Christian Science treatment asked me if I would try it. I consented gladly, and as a result Christian Science did for me what medicine could not do. I was healed in two treatments. I am truly thankful to God, and grateful to Mrs. Eddy for my physical healing, but I am still more grateful for the spiritual quickening. Before coming to Christian Science I had no religion and I did not know God; now I know where to go in all my troubles, and I have been able, with my little understanding of this truth, to overcome several physical ailments within our family in the last three years. My hope and desire is to live the life which Christian Science teaches, knowing that it is the truth.
