It is with a grateful heart that I tell what Christian Science has done for me. About three years ago I was told by a physician that I had an abnormal growth and would have to go to a hospital to have an operation performed. It was at this time that Christian Science was brought to my notice, and after hearing what it had done for others I decided to study it. Although I employed no practitioner, in about two years I was examined by another doctor who said I had no tumor whatever. Since the last examination I have given birth to a perfectly healthy child. In obedience to the law of the state a doctor was called, but the laws of materia medica were set aside so successfully that the labor really lasted only about twenty minutes and caused so little pain that I was able to treat myself all through it. For my healing and other smaller demonstrations in Christian Science I am indeed grateful to God.
