I gladly write a brief testimony, trusting that those who read it may accept the truth without hesitancy, for it was the reading of others' testimonies that gave me courage. Some time ago we sold our home, and were compelled to move within a few days. As I had been unable to go about the house without suffering terribly, I was pretty-well disheartened at the prospect; but a friend who called suggested Christian Science. I sent for a practitioner, and it seemed nothing short of miraculous to find myself running up and down stairs in twenty-four hours. We moved in two days, and I never felt better in my life. A short time after, I called up the same practitioner (whom I did not meet until four months after she began to treat me), and was healed of earache, from which I had suffered at times for more than three years. Two treatments (absent) sufficed in both cases. I am truly thankful to God for showing me the way through Christian Science.—Millie I. Apfel, Chicago, Ill.
